1922 Prince Kuhio Funeral

A 1922 original photograph of Prince Kuhio being lowered into his crypt. The reverse of the photograph has "...as escort of wife and daughter of the prince. Lowering casket into crypt and the last sermon" and also "Princess Kawananakoa" written in pencil. The message is written in cursive writing and "princess Kawananakoa is printed. Photograph measures 6" across and 4" high. There is a corner of the photograph missing as noted in the picture.
